1350 & 1400 Winding Trail - Preauthorized Debit Agreement

For rent collection at 1350 & 1400 Winding Trail, rent will be collected utilizing Pre-authorized debit (PAD). There is no charge to you for using PAD, and rent is deducted from your account on the first of every month (other than some statutory holidays).

1. Please complete our pre-authorized debit form below and upload a void cheque or Preauthorized Bank Form/Direct Deposit Form downloaded from your financial institution.

2. If you are unable to complete this form, a copy should have been placed in your mailbox. This can then be returned to our mailbox at the office along with a VOID cheque or Preauthorized Bank Form/Direct Deposit Form printed from your financial institution. Terms & Conditions: SOCAN Property Management will charge my bank account for monthly rental payments on the 1st day of the month, or the closest business day. If changes need to be made to a bank account, or a payment needs to be modified, delayed or cancelled, SOCAN Property Management needs 7 business days notice to ensure this change is processed.
