We manage a wide range of residential multi-family assets including multiplexes, low & mid rise apartment buildings ranging from 10-60 units, and townhome communities.

“Mixed use” - Commercial with upper Apartments

A growing percentage of our management portfolio is in smaller commercial or retail buildings that often contain a residential component with apartments above the ground floor retail. We frequently deal with restaurants and shops, as tenants in these retail buildings.

Single family home & Individually Owned Condo

Whether it is an small investor with a single family residential investment property, an institutional investor building a large SFR portfolio, an owner of multiple condo units throughout the city or a developer performing an assembly, or taking properties through the planning process, we manage a large number of single family homes & individually owned condo units for our clients. We do not manage entire condominium buildings however do have multiple buildings where we manage as many as 25 individually owned units in the same building.
