1400 Winding Trail - AIR CONDITIONING OPT IN

For residents at 1400 Winding Trail, if you plan to install an air-conditioner this season, a seasonal charge $350.00 for each regular-sized unit and $380.00 for each large unit applies.

This charge is owed and due in full by June 15th.

Please fill out the below form to Opt In for Air Conditioner usage. A June 15th charge will be added to your tenant ledger.

If you pay rent via Pre-authorized Debit (rent automatically withdraws from your account), this Air Conditioning Charge will be come out of your account within 1 business day of receipt of this form.

If you pay rent via the Rent Cafe portal, you can pay by logging in not earlier than 1 business day after completing this form, and the charge will appear on your profile.
