CREEKSIDE TOwnhomes - Preauthorized Debit Agreement

For rent collection at Creekside Townhomes, we will be utilizing electronic rent collection through Pre-authorized debit. We have a few ways of setting up these payments:

  1. You can complete our pre-authorized debit form below and upload a void cheque or Preauthorized Bank Form/Direct Deposit Form downloaded from your financial institution.

  2. We can print off the PAD Form and have it placed in your mailbox. This can then be returned to our secure mailbox onsite along with a VOID cheque or Preauthorized Bank Form/Direct Deposit Form printed from your financial institution.

    If you selected option 1 or 2, our finance department will set up automatic monthly payments of your rent owed. If at any time you change banks, or need a payment held, we ask that you notify us with 7 business days notice to ensure there is sufficient time to make changes to your banking details.

  3. You can use the RentCafe Resident Portal to add your own banking information and setup payments yourself through the RentCafe portal. You can access the portal by visiting https://www.creeksidetowns.com and selecting the “Resident Login” button. If you used this portal with previous ownership, your login credentials should allow you in. If you have not used this system before, please select “create an account”.

 

Terms & Conditions: SOCAN Property Management will charge my bank account for monthly rental payments on the 1st day of the month, or the closest business day. If changes need to be made to a bank account, or a payment needs to be modified, delayed or cancelled, SOCAN Property Management needs 7 business days notice to ensure this change is processed.
